My Orders
Orders are generally processed and shipped on the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
For assistance with updating your order, including changes to your shipping address, please contact us at info@ashworth-golf.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, modifications may not be possible once processing has begun. Inquiries submitted after hours, on weekends, or holidays will be attended to on the next business day. Please include “Order Issue: order#” in the subject line of your email. Please note: we are able to update shipping addresses, but we cannot modify items within an order. If you need to make changes to the products ordered, the original order will need to be canceled and a new order placed with the correct items.
Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within minutes of placing your order. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, our Customer Care team will contact you promptly with an update. In some cases, inventory issues may be identified after an order has been placed. If this occurs, we will immediately issue a refund for the unavailable item, notify you, and guide you through the next steps.
Updates to existing orders, including cancelling an order, can only be guaranteed if made within 2 hours of placing your order. Please note that depending on where your order is in the fulfillment process, we may not be able to accommodate seamless changes or cancellations, but we will certainly try our best. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly request that you carefully review your order before submitting. If you need to change, cancel your order or update your shipping address, please email info@ashworth-golf.com and a representative will get back to you for further assistance. Please include “Order Issue: order#” in the subject line of your email.

Currently, we do not provide gift-wrapping or gift notes for orders placed through our website.
Discount codes cannot be combined. Please note that certain discounts do have set expirations dates, and codes that are no longer valid will not be able to be used within the system.
Shipping & Delivery
Free FedEx 2-Day Shipping on orders over $150.00 to shipping destinations within the domestic United States. FedEx 2-Day Shipping — flat rate of $12.50 on orders under $150.00.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that all FedEx delivery time estimates are based on the ship date mentioned above.
We offer Free FedEx 2-Day Shipping on orders over $150.00 to shipping destinations within the domestic United States.
FedEx 2-Day Shipping — flat rate of $12.50 on orders under $150.00.
Orders cannot be expedited after the order is placed.
Delivery to PO boxes or APO/FPO/Military by FedEx is available. Orders shipping to Military ship via FedEx, but final delivery will be provided by USPS.
If your package is lost, our Customer Care team will open an investigation with FedEx to help locate it. When available, we can also provide proof of delivery, including delivery photos. For delayed shipments, once your order has been picked up by FedEx, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. Expedited orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
At this time, we do NOT offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns & Refunds Policy allows returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days of the Shipping Confirmation email date, provided you have a valid receipt. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns.

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.
If your return request is approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.

If you have paid for the standard delivery of your items, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.
